The Colombian winger has been out for several weeks having picked up a groin injury and has been struggling to return to full fitness.
According to Sky Sport Italia and various other Italian news outlets, Cuadrado visited a specialist in Germany today and the initial reports suggest he will have to undergo an operation to resolve the issue.
While no official confirmation has been issued by the club as yet, Sky suggest that he could miss anywhere between 40-60 days, meaning he could be out for two months.
Cuadrado will inevitably miss the Champions League matches against Tottenham Hotspur in February and March as well as the Derby Della Mole against Torino.
