Juventus defender Merih Demiral is considered ‘untouchable’ for the club, despite interest from Premier League clubs.

The 20-year-old Turkish international had been on the sidelines prior to the Coronavirus pandemic, having picked up a knee injury in Juve’s win over Roma earlier in the year.

Tuttosport report that there’s a could chance that Demiral could return to action for the club, considering that the season may resume at some point in June.

The centre-back has also attracted attention from Leicester City, Everton, Manchester City and United both last summer and in the January transfer window.

Despite the strong interest, the report suggests Juventus are not prepared to entertain offers.

Bianconeri Chief Football Officer Fabio Paratici sees Demiral and teammate Matthijs De Ligt as the future of the club and is unwilling to sit down at the negotiating table.
