UEFA have confirmed that Juve’s last 16 Champions League match with Lyon is postponed.

The Bianconeri had been due to meet the Ligue 1 side on Tuesday 17 March for the second-leg of their last 16 clash.

With Daniele Rugani having tested positive for the Coronavirus yesterday, it seemed inevitable that the game would be postponed or cancelled.

UEFA have since announced via their official website that the game will now be postponed until a later date:

Following the quarantine imposed on players of Juventus and Real Madrid CF, the following UEFA Champions League matches will not take place as scheduled.

UEFA Champions League, Round of 16:

Manchester City FC – Real Madrid CF, 17 March, 21:00CET
Juventus – Olympique Lyonnais, 17 March, 21:00CET

Further decisions on the two matches will be communicated in due course.
