Juventus have reached an agreement with Genoa for the transfer of Rolando Mandragora.
Following on from reports earlier in the day that linked the Bianconeri with a move for the 18-year-old, the latest news from Italy suggests Juventus now have an agreement in place.
The promising young prospect is currently impressing at Pescara and it’s now reported by Gianlucadimarzio.com that Juve and Genoa have agreed terms over a transfer.
Juve will now need to agree terms with the player in the face of interest from a host of other sides including Paris St. Germain, Liverpool and Manchester City.
Is he good?
Did well against us for Bologna in late 2014. Seems a solid deep, centrally based CM who can tackle and pick out a pass. Also part of the Italy U21 set-up since the middle of this year. And has produced consistently fine performances on loan for Pescara this term, who sit 4th in Serie B. Other than which, I have nothing much more to divulge, other than the rumour that Liverpool were also in the hunt. I cannot imagine him joining our first team, unless Lemina or Asamoah leave in January. The fee is estimated 5-7m.
