According to Marca, Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo will transform his hotels in Portugal into hospitals to help in the fight against the coronavirus.
A report in the Spanish daily suggests the Portuguese international will use his CR7 brand of hotels, turning them into makeshift ‘hospitals’ to help against the global pandemic.
Marca reports they will be available free of charge and the Juventus footballer will be the one to pay for doctors and workers.
A few days ago, Ronaldo launched a message on his social networks: “We must listen to the authorities, protecting our lives is above any interest.”
UPDATE: Marca have since removed the story from their website and social media channels.
